let it snow let it snow let it snow

gosh it is so cold here... i arrived at dulles airport in d.c. last night around 10:15pm.  i havent been to that airport in so long, ive forgotten how beautiful it is.  i missed my first flight in the morning due to some over sleeping.  jon's cell phone didnt wake us up like it was supposed to at 4am.  so we woke up around 6:20 and rushed to ontario airport to find that i had just missed my flight!  i had to reschedule and catch the next flight leaving los angeles airport at 12:25pm.  jon took me back so that i could properly get ready.  we went to lax.  we arrive there on time but all of mine was taken by the security checks and searches so i was late to that flight as well.  they had already paged my name twice to get to the plane and when i did get there, they shut the plane door on me.  luckily the man working there told them to let me in.  the flight stopped in st. paul, mn for about 20 minutes then i got back on the plane to d.c.  only, i didnt know that my luggage wouldnt be coming with me...  i am now at home waiting for my luggage delivery!  it was supposed to fly in to the richmond airport in va earlier this afternoon which it did.  i went online to check the status and it turns out the man who took down my information didnt do too well.  it says the delivery zip code is 25220, which it isnt.  so hopefully they will figure it out or call me sometime this week.  its supposed to start snowing sometime this weekend!  im happy to be back home on the east coast.  i miss everyone i love on the west coast so much.  ill try to post again soon before new years.

ahh yes!  the lady from richmond airport just called to say that they couldnt find the correct city.  so i told her the right zip code and she said i should get my bag delivered tonight within  hours!  i am so happy.

when you wish upon a star

jon and i woke up rather early yesterday with nothing to do.  around 10am we decided to go to the disney theme parks.  i had never gotten the chance to ride the the hollywood tower so he bought the 1 day park hopper.  it was so fun!  i love that ride.  we got on it twice =o)  i screamed though...it was kind of scary to me.  after we walked the california adventure park and rode around on the rides, we left for disneyland around 6pm.  we went on pirates of the carribean (one of jon's favorite) then the haunted mansion holiday, which is my favorite because i love the nightmare before christmas and jack skelington is my boyfriend. haha.  we had dinner at the pizza port in tomorrowland then headed off to the castle to watch the holiday snowfall fireworks show.  we hung around the park until about 11pm and headed home.  i had such a great time.  i think it will take me a very long time to ever lose that disney magic feeling if i ever do!  i could go just to watch the fireworks show while eating 34374324 churros.  i just got back home not too long ago.  i have a hair appointment today at 930am.  dark colors never stay in my hair...oh well.  im going to go and get myself ready.

also: this is my last weekend here in cali before i go to the east coast for winter break.  id be so very happy if i could see all my friends at least once before i go! *hint hint*

unintended vacay

many of you may have wondered where ive been and how come i havent updated.  ive been staying at jon's house, almost like living here really.  i am still here.  for those who have tried to call me, my cellphone had died and i didnt get the chance to charge it up again.  its up and running now =o)  dont get mad at me if i havent returned any phone calls, if you didnt leave me a voicemail then i didnt know that you called. sorry!  i had some time to read through all the lovely xangas and im glad to have read that many of you are doing so well!!!  i would love to give an update on how ive been doing but i cant as well as weighing goes...jon doesnt have a single scale in his house!  its been so HARD.  i want to weigh myself every 5 min and then i cant!  it just drives me crazy.  as soon as i get myself to a scale i was post with updates.  everyone went out and i stayed behind tonight, which is good because it gives me some time to myself to clean up around the bedroom and then spend some yummy *me* time in the shower.  ;)  im going to go and finish up the laundry and hop in the shower before jon comes home.  my friend kearsten will post up the pictures of myself on my xanga in a few minutes that i promised waaaay last month.  i hope you enjoy them!

t e n d a y s...

...since the last post.

i hope everyone had a wonderful and delicious thanksgiving day!  it was so much fun to make the dinner on thursday night.  i love when i cook because it makes me eat so much less!  preparing the food for such long hours makes me tired of it by the time eating it comes along.  i guess i just get bored of it and lose interest.  too bad i didnt make the pizzas that ive been eating this entire last weekend. 

jon was finally able to get me in the theatre to see the incredibles and i will admit that it was such a cute and fun movie.  i do plan to see closer that is coming out this friday!  i love jude law and natalie portman, two pretty people.  i also would like to see finding neverland.  ive never really been the movie theatre type person but im starting to feel like one.

i purchased my plane ticket for VA and NY.  ill be leaving on december 16 and returning on january 7 just in time for next semester.  im gonna have a wonderful winter holiday season and start the next year off just as great! ive gotta finish my christmas shopping sooner than i had planned though. 

i did get my hair done and ill post pictures later today or tomorrow.

jon and i had a weasel together sometime this week.  i forgot which day it was born (bought) exactly...ill remember later when i find the reciept.  he is so cute.  ill post pictures of him up later too.  jon decided to name him zero.

the rain in spain stays mainly on the plain.  the rain on the road can cause you to hydroplane.   the light rain last night was relaxing it caused my hair to frizz up nicely!  jon and i went out to el torito then back home to watch the disney channel.  jon made the car do fun and scary things. =o)

monday is coming and so is another fast...hopefully itll last until i leave for my trip!
